It has gone to the collection agencies and they are demanding that I pay them 68,000 right now. I don't have that kind of money nor do I have the means to pay for 2 mortgages. What can I do? Do parent plus loans qualify for the income based repayment plans? If not, is there a way to eventually move the parent plus loans into his name?
